Jaime Roberto Almario is a distinguished Telecommunication Expert, Rapid Disaster Response Advisor, and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Audio Video Intelligence Corporation, specializing in communications equipment, technical security, and electronic surveillance. His years of experience make him a trusted expert who has successfully executed complex technical projects in the country.

He holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Philippine Army Reserve Force and is currently on Annual Active Duty as the Inspector General of the Civil-Military Affairs Group at the AFP Reserve Command, and concurrently serves as the Group Commander of the 1st Civil Military Affairs Group (National Capital Region).  He is a committed public service advocate and patriot, his leadership and technical skills helped strengthen civil-military relations and enhanced the operational readiness of the reserve force.

During the 2017 Marawi Siege, his dedication to service and his technical expertise led to his deployment in active combat operations. His contribution during this period emphasized his commitment to national security and disaster response. He completed the Command and General Staff Course Class at the AFP Education, Training, and Doctrine Command, furthering his readiness for higher responsibilities.
